Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration. Using any browser that supports tables and forms (and Java for the File Manager module), you can configure and administrate Apache, Cron, DNS, Samba, and the following system services:

Cron is a UNIX utility built into Mac OS X that is designed to run an AppleScript, Perl, Java, Shell Script or any executable on your system periodically and/or at scheduled dates and time. Webmin's web based graphical user interface (see right) makes it simple.

Samba allows seamless file sharing with Windows World (it too is built-in Mac OS X), and can be activated in your Sharing System Preference. Webmin makes configuring the options easy.

Webmin allows authentication, so you can restart your server from anywhere in the world.
